输卵管积水患者窗口期子宫内膜Galectin-3的表达及意义

摘    要:
目的探讨输卵管积水对胚胎着床的影响及机制。方法选取15例输卵管积水的不孕症者(观察1组),其中13例行腹腔镜输卵管根部离断术(观察2组),分别采用RT-PCR法及免疫组化SP法检测观察1组及观察2组窗口期子宫内膜中半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)mRNA及蛋白的表达,并与10例无输卵管积水的不孕症患者窗口期子宫内膜(对照组)做比较。结果观察1组窗口期子宫内膜Galectin-3 mRNA及蛋白表达显著下降,明显低于观察2组及对照组(P均〈0.05)。结论输卵管积水的不孕症患者窗口期子宫内膜Galectin-3表达明显降低,此可能与患者子宫内膜容受性差有关,输卵管积水是影响胚胎着床的原因之一。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of hydrosalpinx on embryo implantation.Methods Fifteen infertile patients with hydrosalpinx were chosen as observed group 1,and 13 of which accepted laparoscope operation to cut off the oviduct(observed group 2),10 infertile patients without hydrosalpinx were chosen as control group.RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry(SP method) were used to detect the mRNA and protein expression of Galectin-3 in the endometrium during the window phase of these 3 groups.Results Compared with observed group 2 and control group,Galectin-3 mRNA and protein expression in the observed group 1 decreased significantly(all P0.05).Conclusions The lower expression of Galectin-3 in endometrium of women with hydrosalpinx may has a close relationship with the badder endometrial receptivity,and hydrosalpinx is one of the reason that influence the embryo implantation.
