| 摘 要： | 目的研究兰州汉族等25个人群STR基因座遗传关系。方法对兰州汉族等25个人群基因频率进行比较,应用亲缘系数和遗传距离分析这25个人群间的遗传关系并绘制系统树。结果整个汉族人群归为一支,与美国人群及不同少数民族人群的遗传距离较远;在汉族人群中兰州汉族与天津、陕西汉族归为一支,与广东汉族的遗传距离较远;与不同少数民族相比,兰州汉族与甘肃东乡族及青海蒙古族归为一支,与黑龙江蒙古族和新疆维吾尔族的遗传距离较远。结论研究揭示兰州汉族同其他地区汉族在遗传距离上接近,同少数民族比较,存在地域和民族融合等因素的影响,表明人种、民族和地域是影响不同人群遗传距离的主要因素。 |
