摘    要:目的探究黄芪多糖对环磷酰胺诱导的骨髓抑制小鼠骨髓造血功能的修复作用。方法腹腔注射150mg/kg/d环磷酰胺3d,制备小鼠骨髓抑制模型。实验分对照组、模型组、黄芪多糖高(100 mg/kg/d)、低(50mg/kg/d)剂量组。黄芪多糖腹腔注射给药7d,眶静脉取血测外周血血常规,取右侧股骨计数骨髓细胞数,并作股骨切片进行组织病理学检查。结果①与对照组比较,模型组骨髓细胞数明显减少;与模型组比较,黄芪多糖高剂量组骨髓细胞数显著增高,且明显改善骨髓腔组织的形态学变化;②外周血的血常规结果显示,模型组的红细胞、白细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞及血小板与正常组比较均被明显抑制,而给予黄芪多糖的高、低剂量组不同程度的改善了外周血象。结论黄芪多糖对环磷酰胺诱导骨髓造血功能抑制有修复作用。
