| 摘 要： | 目的探讨9号染色体臂间倒位的临床意义,分析inv(9)与生育障碍的关系。方法患者抽取外周血进行淋巴细胞培养,按常规方法制备染色体,G显带行核型分析。结果 6962例外周血中检出inv(9)66例,检出率0.95%,将6962例受检者分为正常生育组和生育障碍组,比较其inv(9)检出率,差异无显著性,并就各组资料行临床分析。结论 inv(9)对生育无确切不良影响,无确切病理学意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish the clinical significance of pericentric inversion of chromosome 9(inv(9)) and analyse therelationship between inv(9) and abnormal fertility.Methods: Chromosome preparations were made from peripheral blood lymphocytes.Karyotypes were analyzed by G-banding technique.Results: Among 6962 cases,66 cases were found having inv(9)(0.95%).Dividing the 6962 cases into the normal fertility group and abnormal fertility group,the detectable ratio of inv(9) is no significant difference between th... |
