硫化氢对吗啡依赖大鼠空间学习记忆及海马NMDA受体表达的影响

摘    要:目的探讨新型气体信号分子硫化氢(H2S)对吗啡依赖大鼠空间学习记忆及海马NMDA受体表达的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为对照组、依赖组、NaHS组和HA组,Morris水迷宫观察H2S对依赖大鼠空间学习记忆的影响;Western-blotting测定大鼠海马NMDA受体表达。结果在Morris水迷宫实验中,依赖组和HA组逃避潜伏期和空间搜索距离较生理盐水对照组延长(〈0.05),NaHS组较依赖组大鼠逃避潜伏期短(〈0.05),NaHS组与对照组比较无显著性差异(〉0.05);在Western-blotting实验中,依赖组和HA组大鼠海马NMDA受体NR1亚基蛋白表达较对照组增多(〈0.05),NaHS组大鼠海马NMDA受体NR1亚基蛋白表达较依赖组减少(〈0.05)。结论外源性H2S可减少NMDA受体NR1亚基蛋白表达,改善吗啡依赖大鼠空间学习记忆能力。
