泌尿生殖系统感染的常见菌群及其药敏分析

摘    要:
目的了解分析泌尿生殖系统的常见细菌及其对新型抗生素的耐药率。方法选择有泌尿生殖系统感染症状,淋球菌、解脲脲原体及衣原体检测阴性的患者,取前列腺按摩液、尿道口或宫颈分泌物进行细菌分离培养和药敏试验。结果710份标本中有453份分离出细菌,分离阳性率63.8%;前列腺按摩液、尿道口及宫颈分泌液3类标本的细菌分离率分别为60.82%(194/319)、66.37%(75/113)和66.19%(184/278);从3类标本中共分离出16种569株细菌,其中金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌及大肠埃希菌的检出率占前3位,分别为36.03%(205/569)、18.2%(104/569)和16.17%(92/569)。3种优势分离菌对17种抗生素的耐药率从0~87.3%不等,以对青霉素类、头孢类耐药性较高,对丁胺卡那、万古霉素的耐药性较低。结论细菌引起泌尿生殖系统感染率较高,且对新型抗生素的耐药性有增加的趋势。

Abstract:
Objective To find out the common pathogens infecting genitourinary system and analyse their drug resis-tance rates to the new kinds of antibiotics.Methods Using the routine methods to detect the prostactic massage fluid.Urethrorrea and ceruical mucus of the patients were of genitourinary tract infection and the gonococcus,ureaplasma ure-alyticum and chlamydiosis were negative.Isolating and culturing the pathogens and the drug susceptibility test was made.Results There were453isolate bacteria in710and the detection rate was63.8%.The positive rates of the three kinds of specimens were60.82%(194/319),66.37%(75/113)and66.19%(184/278).16species569strains bacteria were isolat-ed from the three kinds of specimens and the detection rates of staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus epidermidis and es-cherichia coli were higher in all and were36.03%(205/569),18.2%(104/569)and16.17%(92/569)respectively.The drug-resistance rates of them to17kinds of antibiotics were different (from0to87.3%)and the higher resistance was to penicillin,cephalosperin and the lower resistance was amikacin and vancomycin.Conclusion The infection rates of gen-itourinary system caused by non-sexual transimission pathogens still higher and the drug-resistance rates to the new kinds of antibiotics tend to increase.
