经导管纽扣式堵塞装置关闭小儿室间隔缺损临床探讨

摘    要:
目的为探讨经导管纽扣式堵塞装置关闭小儿室间隔缺损的疗效。方法我科从1995年1月~1997年9月采用Sideris纽扣式补片关闭小儿室间隔缺损9例。结果堵闭成功8例,失败1例,经1月~2年随访,4例恢复良好,2例有轻或中度主动脉瓣关闭不全,1例残余分流2.smm,1例中度三尖瓣关闭不全。结论本方法关闭小儿室间隔缺损,从指征,堵塞装置及操作技术上尚待进一步研究。

Abstract:
Objective In order to evaluatethe value of transcatheter occlusion ventricular septaldefect (VSD) with Sideri's button device inpaediatrics. Method Nine cases with simply VSD (agerange from 4 ~ 11 years) were closed by the devicesin our department from Jan. 1995 to Sept. 1997. Allof cases have been following up tin now. ResultsEight cases were successful. Except 4 cases recoveted well, we found some complications in thegroup. Mild or moderate aortic insufficiency havehappened in two cases. Another case has expressedtricuspid insufficiency (TI). Small residual shuntwere noticed in two cases after the procedure, butonly one still consists with 2. 8mm diameter residualflow. One case was transferred to surgeon to trail thedetached device by incision of the femoral aorta aftersuccessful occlusion. Different tachycardia happenedduring the procedure, but one was kept ventricularpremature for two days before recovering. The failingcase was because the device had brokken and movedto the right ventricle in thine days, so that he wastransferred to surgeon . Conclusions The method isstill in the clinical trials, so it is limited and demands further improvement.[
