深圳市横岗镇0～14岁儿童伤害状况分析

目的了解深圳市龙岗区横岗镇0～14岁伤害儿童的性别、年龄、受伤部位、伤害类型等流行特征;评价伤害造成儿童的健康损失及经济损失.方法采用整群抽样的方法,以横岗镇4个社区为研究社区,调查了897名0～14岁儿童2002年的伤害状况.结果深圳市龙岗区横岗镇0～14岁儿童非致命性伤害的年发生率为8.36%,男女比例为2.131;男童伤害发生率明显高于女童(P＜0.05).伤害类型前5位依次为意外跌落(52.50%)、机械伤(12.50%)、宠物咬伤(11.25%)、烧烫伤(8.75%)和中毒(6.25%).伤害损伤部位以四肢最常见,占53.33%,其次是头部和躯干部,分别占37.33%和9.33%.伤害医疗费用支出人均332.8元.结论应高度重视儿童伤害造成的损失,开展伤害干预控制研究,减少儿童伤害的发生.

Analysis of 0～14 Year-old Child Injury in Henggang Town of Shenzhen City

OBJECTIVE To investigate epidemiological characteristic of 0-14 year-old child injury in Henggang Town of Shenzhen City .METHODS Using a cluster sampling method, we investigated the injury status of 897 children aged 0-14 years in 4 communities of Henggang Town in 2003. RESULTS The annual rate of non-fatal child injury is 8.36% in the 0-14 year-old group in Henggang Town. The sexual proportion of male to female is 2.13:1.The first five kinds of child injury are unintentional fall (52.50%) , machanical injuries (12.50%),pet bite (11.25%),burn or scald(8.75%)and unintentional poisoning(6.25%). The injuried sites were mostly in arms and legs (53.33%),head and neck (37.33%) , and then trunk (9.33%) .The average medical expense caused by injury is $332.8. CONCLUSIONS We must pay attention to the enormous loss due to children injures and carry out injury prevention and control program to reduce children injuries in the rural communities.
