新型管状脑牵开器在手术治疗高血压脑出血中的应用

目的：探究新型管状脑牵开器在高血压脑出血手术治疗中的临床意义。方法：回顾性分析2015年12月—2016年12月37例高血压脑出血手术病例，其中20例采用新型管状脑牵开器，17例采用传统脑压板，比较两组在血肿清除率、手术时间、皮层造瘘长度、住院时间及格拉斯哥预后评分(Glasgow outcome scale,GOS)方面的差异。结果：在血肿清除率方面新型管状脑牵开器组与传统脑压板牵开组差异无统计学意义，但手术时间、皮层造瘘长度、住院时间及GOS方面前者均优于后者。结论：新型管状脑牵开器在高血压脑出血手术治疗中具有良好的实用价值，值得临床推广及进一步扩大研究范围。

Application of a novel tubular cerebral retractor for surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective: To explore the clinical applicaiton of a novel tubular cerebral retractor in surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 37 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients from December 2015 to December 2016. One group including 20 cases was treated using a novel tubular cerebral retractor. Another group including 17 cases was treated with traditional brain spatula. The clearance rate of hematoma, operation time, hospitalization time, length of cortex fistula and GOS were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in the clearance rate of hematoma between with the two groups. But the novel tubular cerebral retractor group became better than the traditional retractor group in the operation time, cortex fistula length, hospitalization time and GOS. Conclusion: The novel tubular cerebral retractor has good practical value for surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, which is worthy of promotion and expand the scope of the study.
