狭叶鸦葱化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的:研究狭叶鸦葱的化学成分。方法:采用大孔树脂、硅胶、ODS柱色谱进行分离纯化,经波谱分析并结合理化数据鉴定结构。结果:分离得到了6个化合物,分别鉴定为zaluzanin C(1)、glucozaluzanin C(2)、 11&;#61538;,13-dihydrozaluzanin C(3)、5,7 ,3′,4′- 四羟基黄酮-8-β-D-葡萄糖碳苷(4)、5 ,7 ,3′,4′-四羟基黄酮6-β-D-葡萄糖碳苷(5);5 ,7 ,4′-三羟基黄酮6-[β-D-木糖-(1→2)]-β-D-葡萄糖碳苷(6)。结论:化合物1~6均为首次从狭叶鸦葱中得到。

Abstract:Aim To isolate and elucidate the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Scorzonera radiata Fisch.Methods Solvent extraction and column chromatography were used to isolate the sesquiterpenoids,and physico-chemical constants and spectroscopic analysis were employed for the structural elucidation.Results Six compounds were isolated,and they were elucidated as zaluzanin C(1),glucozaluzanin C(2),11β,13-dihydrozaluzanin C(3),5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxyflavone 8-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxyflavone 6-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),5,7,4′-trihydroxyflavone 6-β-D-xylofuranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(6).Conclusion Compounds 1-6 are isolated from Scorzonera radiata Fisch.for the first time.
