中央性神经细胞瘤的MRI诊断

目的：分析中央性神经细胞瘤的MRI表现，探讨MRI对中央性神经细胞瘤的诊断价值。方法：对手术和病理证实的8例中央性神经细胞瘤进行回顾性分析。8例均行MRI平扫 增强检查。结果：8例肿瘤均位于侧脑室前2／3处，向两侧侧脑室生长者3例，向右侧侧脑室生长者2例，向左侧侧脑室生长者3例。病灶体积平均33mmx36mmx47mm大小，形态不规则，有分叶，呈土豆状。平扫T1WI呈等、低信号，T2WI呈等、高信号，信号不均匀，增强后呈轻、中度强化。结论：中央性神经细胞瘤的Mill表现具有某些特征，可以提示本病的诊断。

MRI diagnosis of central neurocytoma

Objective:To investigate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of central neurocytoma by analyzing their MRI appearances.Methods:Eight cases of central neurocytoma, proven surgically and pathologyically, were analyzed retrospectively.8 patients underwent MRI examinations with and without intravenous injection of contrast media.Results:All 8 tumors located in the frontrior 2/3 of the lateral ventricle,3 grew to both lateral ventricle,2 to right lateral ventricle,and 3 to left laterl ventricle.The shape of the tumors were irregular,with bulky volume.The tumors appeared isointense or hypointense on T 1WI,and isointense or hyperintense on T 2WI.On post contrast scans, MRI image showed slight or moderate enhancement Conclusion:The manifestation of MRI of central neurocytoma is characteristic,the diagnosis of central neurocytoma should be suspected.
