前列腺炎患者精神心理状况调查分析

目的探讨慢性前列腺炎患者的精神心理状况，分析精神心理异常对临床症状和生活质量的影响。方法应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和NIH—CPSI国际前列腺炎症状指数表对186例2008年10月至2009年10月间在我院门诊就诊的慢性前列腺炎患者进行调查，随机选择正常人群100例确立对照组。对两组调查结果进行统计学分析，研究前列腺炎患者的精神心理状态及分布特点；并分析精神症状与慢性前列腺炎患者症状严重程度和生活质量间的相关关系。结果慢性前列腺炎患者的精神心理状态与正常对照组有明显差别，主要表现在躯体化症状、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁、精神病性和偏执等方面。其中焦虑、抑郁、精神病性症状和人际关系敏感与前列腺炎患者的症状严重程度呈正相关，并且焦虑、精神病性症状和人际关系敏感与前列腺炎患者的生活质量明显相关（P〈0．05）。结论慢性前列腺炎患者精神心理异常较普遍，并且与临床症状严重程度和生活质量有关，临床治疗中应给予包括心理治疗在内的综合治疗。

The investigation of psychological status of patients with chronic prostatitis

Objective To investigate the correlation between the severity of psychic symptoms and that of clinical ones in patients with chronic prostatitis and providing related data for clinical practice. Methods We investigated 186 CP patients with NIH Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index (CPSI) , Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and analyzed the correlation between the scores,at the same time 100 normal men were selected as control group. Results The psychological status were different in patients with chronic prostatitis compared with normal controls, mainly existed in following fields: somatic symptoms, anxiety, depression, psychiatric symptoms, interpersonal relationship sensitivity, paranoid personality disorder. Of the psychological variables, anxiety, depression, psychiatric symptoms, interpersonal relationship sensitivity were positvely correlated with the severity of clinical symptoms, and anxiety, psychiatric symptoms,interpersonal relationship sensitivity affected the quality of life of men diagnosed with chronic prostatitis (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion These data suggested that psychological disturbance is more common and associated with the severity of clinical symptoms and the quality of life among the patients with chronic prostatitis, which should be treated with more comprehensive strategy including psychological evaluation.
