| Abstract: | The comprehensive, harmonious and sustained scientific view on development that everything should be human-based and of overall consideration has been proposed clearly at the Third Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee of CPC. The view is a rational conclusion of CPC's governing experience and lessons during over 20 years of China's reform and opening to the outside world. It declares publicly the distillation of CPC's governing concept, the great regulation of CPC's governing methods and the great improvement of CPC's governing ability. |
