| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨双黄连治疗毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法 采用随机对照 ,治疗组 31例毛细支气管炎采用双黄连6 0mg/(kg .d)一次静滴 ,疗程 5d ,对照组 30例喘憋及肺部哮鸣 ,采用利巴韦林lO - 15mg/(kg -d)一次静滴 ,疗程 5d ,两组其他综合对症治疗相同。结果 治疗组咳嗽、喘憋、哮鸣音消失天数均小于对照组 ,p均 <0 .0 1。结论 双黄连治疗毛细支气管比利巴韦林起效快 ,疗效明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of capillary bronchiolitis in treatment with shuanghuanglian. Methods 31 patients of capillary bronchiolitis are therapied with shuanghuanglian intravenous drip 60 mg/(kg.d) once daily in 5 days.30 examples, control group, adopted Ribavirin intravenoust drip 10-15 mgs/(kg.d) once daily in 5 days too. Others symptoms of the two groups received the same synthetical treatments.Results the number of days of the treatment group is shorter than control group in cough, wheezeing?and asthma voice disappearance (p<0.01).Conclusion The effect of the treatment with capillary bronchiolitis in shuanghuanglian is quicker and more obvious than Ribavirin. |
