| 摘 要： | 鼻咽癌在治疗上以放疗为主,并结合化疗、免疫治疗等综合治疗。而多药耐药(MDR)机制是导致其化疗等综合治疗失败的主要原因。研究鼻咽癌MDR的机制及其逆转剂,有望克服鼻咽癌MDR。本文就耐药蛋白介导的鼻咽癌多药耐药机制及其逆转剂进行综述。

| Abstract: | The main treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is radiotherapy, combine with chemo-therapy,imnmnotherapy as the comprehensive treatment. However,the muhidrug resistance （MDR） of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is the key role in the failure of the treatment. Investigating the mechanism of tumor and its MDR reversal agents is helpful to overcome MDR. This paper reviewed the resistance protein-mediated muhidrug resistance mechanisms in nasophatryngeal carcinoma and its reversal agents. |
