| 摘 要： | 目的 比较α-干扰素与拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效.方法 将100例慢性乙型肝炎患者按随机数字表法分为2组.研究组:拉米夫定100 mg·d-1,口服,1次·d-1；对照组:α-干扰素5 mU,肌内注射,隔日1次.2组疗程均为12个月.结果 研究组丙氨酸转氨酶恢复正常率、HBV-DNA转阴率明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).2组HBeAg血清学转换率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 拉米夫定较α-干扰素有更好的抗病毒效果.

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the curative effects of alpha-interferon（α-IFN） and lamivudine on chronic hepatitis B.Methods One hundred patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly assigned to receive either oral lamivudine 100 mg/day once daily or intramuscular injection of α-IFN 5 mU twice daily.The treatment course was 12 months.Results The rate of alanine transaminase returning to normal and the negative conversion rate of HBV-DNA in lamivudine treatment group were significantly higher than those in α-IFN treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion Lamivudine has better antiviral efficacy than α-IFN. |
