右美托咪定2种给药方法对鼻内镜术全身麻醉苏醒的影响

目的探讨鼻内镜术患者应用右美托咪定对全身麻醉苏醒的影响。方法将40例行鼻内镜术患者按随机数字表法分为2组：右美托咪定单次给药组（A组）、右美托咪定维持给药组（B组）,每组20例。术毕送麻醉恢复室（PACU）,观察并记录：入手术室基础值（T0）、拔管时（T1）、拔管后5 min（T2）不同时间点患者的血压、心率、脉氧饱和度;患者在PACU所发生的不良反应。结果 B组在拔管时、拔管后5 min血压和心率与A组相比降低（P〈0.05）,B组心动过缓和低血压发生率高于A组（P〈0.05）。结论鼻内镜术患者应用右美托咪定宜单次给予诱导剂量,不宜维持给药。

Effects of Two Different Methods of Dexmedetomidine Administration on Revival from General Anesthesia in Patients Undergoing Nasal Endoscopic Surgery

Objective To evaluate the effects of two different methods of dexmedetomidine administration on revival from general anesthesia in patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods Forty patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery under general anesthesia were randomly assigned to receive either single dose dexmedetomidine administration（group A,n=20） or continuous dexmedetomidine administration（group B,n=20）.All patients were delivered into postanesthesia care unit（PACU）after operation.The blood pressure（BP）,heart rate（HR） and oxygen saturation（SpO2） were measured before operation（T0）,at the time of extubation（T1）and 5 minutes after extubation（T2）.The adverse events were recorded during PACU stay.Results Compared with group A,continuous dexmedetomidine administration significantly decreased BP and HR at T1 and T2,but obviously increased the incidence of bradycardia and hypotension（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Dexmedetomidine should been medicated singly but not continuously in patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery.
