| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内镜行鼻部手术围手术期的护理措施。方法对253例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者采取鼻内镜手术治疗及相应的护理措施。结果 253例中治愈222例（87.75%）,好转31例（12.25%）。术后随访3～12个月,均未发生严重并发症。结论良好的围手术期护理,对提高鼻内镜手术的疗效有积极的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing measures in patients undergoing endoscopic nasal surgery.Methods Endoscopic nasal surgery and appropriate care were performed in 253 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polypus.Results Among the 253 patients,222（87.75%）were cured and 31（12.25%）achieved improvement.After 3 to 12 months of follow-up,no serious complications were found.Conclusion Perioperative nursing care is important for improving the efficacy of endoscopic nasal surgery. |
