| 摘 要： | 目的比较双柏散熏洗与双柏散外敷治疗痛风性关节炎局部症状的疗效.方法观察组采用双柏散熏洗联合用药,与对照组采用双柏散外敷联合用药疗效及护理的比较.结果现察组治疗痛风局部症状总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为77.5%(P＜0.05).结论双柏散熏洗法联合用药治疗痛风性关节炎的局部症状,疗效显著,且护理操作简便,易于观察.

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the local effect on gouty arthritis between the fume and external use of Shuangbosan. Methods Fuming with Shuangbosan was used in test group, while external use in control group. The effect and their nursing were compared. Results The total effective rate(TER) in test group was 95%, while 77.5% in control( P <0.05). Conclusion Fuming with Shuangbosan combined with other medicine can cure the local sympton of gouty arthritis. The effect is significant, and nursing course is simple and easy to be observed. |
