摘    要:
目的::探讨CD4+ CD25+调节性T细胞在晚期肺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用流式细胞术分析42例肺癌患者(肺癌组)外周血CD4+ CD25+调节性T细胞表达水平,与15名健康志愿者作对照。结果:肺癌组患者外周血CD4+ CD25+调节性T细胞数量为(7.17±3.63)%,明显高于对照组的(4.25±2.11)%(P<0.01)。肺癌组患者外周血中调节性T细胞数量在病理类型间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),晚期肺癌患者外周调节性T细胞数量高于早期患者(P<0.05)。结论:调节性T细胞在肺癌患者中比率明显升高,并与临床进展有关。

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the expression and clinical significance of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells in patients with lung cancer. Methods:The expression of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of 42 patients with lung cancer( lung cancer group) and 15 healthy volunteers was determined by flow cytometry. Results:The number of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells in the lung cancergroup(7.17±3.63)%wassignificantlyhigherthanthatinthehealthycontrols(4.25±2.11)%(P <0.01).Thelevelof CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells in the lung cancer patients with different pathological classifications had no statistically significant difference(P>0. 05). The level of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells in patients with advanced lung cancer was significantly higher than that in patients with early lung cancer(P<0. 05). Conclusions:The proportion of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer is significantly increased,which is related to the progression of lung cancer.
