海昆肾喜胶囊治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床观察

目的观察海昆肾喜胶囊治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效。方法62例慢性肾功能不全患者，随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例。治疗组给予海昆肾喜胶囊，每次2粒，每日3次，餐后1小时服用；对照组口服包醛氧淀粉，5g／次，3次／d。两组疗程均为3个月。观察慢性肾功能不全患者临床症状改善情况，并检测治疗前后Scr、Ccr的变化。结果治疗3个月后，治疗组总有效率90．6％；对照组总有效率70％。治疗组疗前与疗后Scr及Ccr均有显著差异（P〈0．05），而对照组治疗前后无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论海昆肾喜胶囊既能改善慢性肾功能不全患者临床症状，又能改善肾功能，并且无明显不良反应，耐受性好。对慢性肾功能不全有较好的治疗作用。

Clinical Observation of the Curative Effect of Haikun Shenxi Capsule in Treating Chronic Renal Failure

Objective To observe the curative effect of Haikun Shenxi Capsule in treating chronic renal failure.Methods 62 cases with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group(n=32) and control group(n=30);Haikun Shenxi Capsule was given to the treatment group,2 capsules once,3 times a day,1 hour after meal;oxyamyli tectus aldehydum was given to control group,5g once,3 times a day.The course for the 2 groups both lasted for 3 months.The improvement of clinical symptom was observed and the changes of Scr.And Ccr before and after treatment were detected.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.6% while that of control group was 70%;there existed an obvious difference in Scr.and Ccr.before and after treatment in treatment group(P<0.05),but no obvious difference in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Haikun Shenxi Capsule can not only improve the clinical symptom of the patients with chronic renal failure,but also,it can improve their renal function,it is effective in treating chronic renal failure with no obvious side-effect and good drug tolerance.
