铜绿假单胞菌感染的临床分布及耐药性分析

目的了解医院铜绿假单胞菌感染的分布及药敏情况,为临床治疗提供依据。方法应用回顾性调查方法,对本院2007年~2008年临床送检标本中分离出的铜绿假单胞菌及药敏结果进行统计分析。结果检出铜绿假单胞菌256株。主要分布:重症监护病房(ICU)占41%,神经内科占12.1%,呼吸内科占11%。标本来源主要是痰及咽拭子160株(62.5%),伤口拭子31株(12.1%)。药敏结果显示铜绿假单胞菌对β-内酰胺类、氨基糖苷类、喹诺酮类和磺胺类抗菌药物有很高的耐药性,耐药率超过50%。对碳青酶烯类、β-内酰胺类与含酶抑制剂复合药耐药率较低,最低是哌拉西林/他唑巴坦8.2%,其次是美罗培南14.1%。结论铜绿假单胞菌主要引起呼吸道和创面感染,多重耐药严重,临床应注意合理使用抗生素并加强对细菌耐药性的全面监测。

Analysis of Distribution and Resistance of Strains Pseudomonas Aeruginosa in Clinical Infection

Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of clinical pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated,and offer reasonable experimental data for clinical therapy.
