| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道前列腺气化（TUVP）联合电切（TURP）治疗前列腺增生（BPH）的临床疗效。方法运用TUVP联合TURP治疗BPH218例。结果手术顺利，出血量少，视野清晰，手术时问缩短。术后随访3个月，国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、生活质量评分（QOL）、最大尿流率（Qmax）均有显著改善，无严重并发症。结论TUVP联合TURP应用于BPH，易掌握、安全、创伤小、疗效好。
