| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片(海捷亚)对老年原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能的保护作用以及对血糖、血脂、尿酸的影响.方法 31例老年原发性高血压患者给予海捷亚治疗4周,剂量50～100mm/d.采用自身对照,测量治疗前后血压、血浆一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET-1)水平、肱动脉血管依赖性舒张功能(FMD)、血脂、血糖及尿酸.结果 ①肱动脉超声检测:用药后FMD较用药前显著增加,分别为(14.65%±1.87%)和(9.77%±1.42%),其余各项指标用药前后差异无显著性(均为P＞0.05).②血浆NO、ET-1:用药后NO水平较用药前显著增加(56.17±6.21)μmol/L和(48.15±5.21)μ mol/L,P＜0.01,ET-1水平较用药前显著减少(72.18±11.21)pmol/L和(9431±10.11)pmol/L.③治疗前后血脂、血糖、尿酸无明显变化.结论 氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片可以显著修复和改善老年原发性高血压患者不良的血管内皮功能,对血糖、血脂、尿酸无明显影响. |
