自拟疏肝解郁汤治疗郁证82例

[目的]观察自拟疏肝解郁汤治疗郁证疗效。[方法]对82例郁证使用自拟疏肝解郁汤加减(郁金20g,香附、佛手、柴胡各15g,苍术、白芍各12g,茯苓20g,生姜10g,薄荷8g,当归12g,川芎、神曲各15g,甘草6g)冷水浸泡30min后,煮沸15min,取汁600mL,早中晚3次口服,2日1剂。连续服用3剂(6d)为1个疗程。忌食辛辣刺激、酸冷及肥甘厚味。观测临床症状。连续治疗3疗程,随访30d判定疗效。[结果]痊愈32例(39.02%,32/82),显效46例(56.10%,46/82),无效4例(4.88%,4/82),总有效率95.12%(78/82)。[结论]自拟疏肝解郁汤治疗郁证疗效满意。

Self-made Shugan Jieyu Decoction in Treating Depression Syndrome in 82 Cfases

[Objective]Observation of clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu Decoction in treating depression effect.[Method]In 82 patients with melancholia using self-made Shugan Jieyu Tang Jiajian(Curcuma longa20g,Cyperus rotundus,bergamot,bupleurum each15g,Chinese Atractylodes,White Chinese herbaceous peony each12g,Tuckahoe20g,Ginger10g,Mint8g,Angelica12g,Rhizome of Chuanxiong,Traditional Shenqu each15g,Licorice root6g) The cold water soak for 30 minutes,Boiling for 15 minutes,Pour out the herbal juice600ml,In the morning,at noon,at night,Divided into three eat,2 days 1 agent.Continuous oral 3 agent(6 days)For the 1 course of treatment.Do not eat spicy,sour cold and Feigan thick.Observation of clinical symptoms.Continuous 3 course of treatment,Patients were followed up for 30 days,In 82 patients,Judgement of the therapeutic effect.[Results]Cure 32 cases(39.02%,32/82),Notable curative effect in 46 cases(56.10%,46/82),Invalid 4 cases(4.88%,4/82),the total efficiency rate for 95.12%(78/82).[Conclusion]Self-made Shugan Jieyu Decoction in treating depression curative effect satisfaction.
