地塞米松在下颌智齿拔除术后局部应用的临床观察

目的探讨局部应用地塞米松防治下颌智齿拔除术后不良反应及并发症的可行性。方法将2005-07~2006-12间,治疗120例下颌阻生智齿拔除术后的患者分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组常规拔牙后于阻生齿颊侧及磨牙后区软组织内注射5.0 mg地塞米松加1.0 mL 2%利多卡因;对照组不注射和放入任何药物,两组均给予口服抗生素及止痛药3 d,术后第23、d复诊,对肿胀、疼痛、开口受限进行检测,统计学处理。结果治疗组术后肿胀、疼痛及开口受限的发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性P<0.01。结论局部应用地塞米松能降低下颌阻生智齿拔除术后的不良反应及并发症的发生率。

Clinical Observation of Dexamethasone Local Application after Arrachement of Mandibular Wisdom Tooth

Objective To discuss the feasibility of dexamethasone topical application in prevention and treatment of ad- verse reactions and complications after mandibular wisdom tooth extraction. Methods 120 cases who suffered mandibu- lar wisdom tooth extraction, from July, 2005 to June, 2006, were divided into treatment group and control group. In treatment group, patients were injected 5.0 mg dexamethasone and 1.0 mL 2% lidocaine into the parenchyma of the cheek side and the postzone beside the impacted molar tooth After conventional teeth extraction,. In control group, no drug was injected or put. Both groups were given oral antibiotics and pain killers for 3 days. Return visit in the second or the third day after the extraction, the pain, swelling and opening condition were detected and made statistical manage- ment. Results The incidence rates of pain, swelling and opening condition were lower in treatment group than in con- trol group obviously. There were statistical difference, P 〈 0.01. Conclusion Topical application of dexamethasone can decrease the incidence rate of the adverse reactions and complications after teeth extraction of mandibular wisdom tooth.
