| 摘 要： | 目的：对手足口病60例患儿的临床资料作回顾性分析。方法：对60例小儿手足口病的流行病学、临床特征、治疗转归加以总结。结果：所有病例经及时、早期治疗,均获痊愈。未出现严重并发症。结论：手足口病只要及时、早期治疗,给予重视,预后良好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:From March to July 2008,60 cases of hand,foot and mouth disease in children were studied with clinical retrospective analysis.Methods:epidemiology,clinical features,treatment,and prognosis of 60 cases of hand,foot and mouth disease in children were analyzed and summarized.Results:With timely detection and early treatment,all patients have recovered with no apparent serious complications.Conclusion:With timely detection and early treatment,the prognosis for hand,foot and mouth disease in children i... |
