摘    要:目的 了解医院门诊流程信息化改造后的实际效果,为管理决策提供依据. 方法 收集门诊医疗业务流程进行优化改造前后,病员各环节就诊等候时间、建卡情况、发票使用、满意度资料进行统计分析. 结果 病员就诊等候、取药排队时间明显缩短,收费人次增长而退费人次明显下降,对门诊满意度提高. 结论应用信息技术的门诊流程改造达到了预期效果.

Conclusion The application of information technology, the transformation of the outpatient procedure anticipated effect.
