| 摘 要： | 大量的实验研究证明,中药活性成分如生物碱、黄酮、皂苷、多糖、萜类、不饱和脂肪酸等都具有防治糖尿病的作用。中药治疗糖尿病有着西药无法替代的优势,药效持久,副作用小。因此对中药有效成分的降血糖作用及其机制进行了综述,为开发新型抗糖尿病中药制剂提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | During recent years a large number of experiments prove that the active components in traditional Chinese medicine, such as alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, polysaccharides, terpenes, unsaturated fatty acid, are able to pre- vent and cure diabetes. Its superiority is that the effect can last longer and the side -effect is less. Studies actually on the anti - diabetes activity and mechanism of constituents in traditional Chinese medicine are reviewed in this paper. It will provide reference for developing novel anti - diabetes drugs of Chinese herbs. |
