| 摘 要： | 目的:观察自拟解郁汤治疗精神抑郁症的疗效。方法:将66例精神抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组(32例),和对照组(34例),治疗组用自拟解郁汤配合西药盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,对照组单纯用西药盐酸帕罗西丁治疗,均以三个月为一疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率98.3%,高于对照组79.4%,结论:自拟解郁汤治疗精神抑郁症疗效好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of self-made Jieyu decoction in treating mental depression.Methods： We divided 66 patients with mental depression into the test group（32 cases） and control group（34 cases）.The test group was received self-made Jieyu decoction combined with western medicine of paroxetine treatment.The control group was received simple western medicine paroxetine treatment,the course for three months.Results： The total efficiency was 98.3% in the test group was higher than the total efficiency of 79.4% in the control group.Conclusion： Curative effect of self-made Jieyu decoction on treating mental depression is good in clinic. |
