| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫颈电环切除术（LEEP）在治疗不同级别宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）的效果。方法回顾分析192例行LEEP术的CIN患者,观察手术时间、出血量、术前术后的组织病理变化及术后随访情况,评价治疗效果。结果LEEP手术时间平均为2.4 min,手术出血量约1.8 mL,术前、术后病理符合率88%,术后随访至今,5例病变残留,治愈率97.4%。结论LEEP治疗CIN简单、安全有效,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To intestigate the effect of Loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) in treatment of CIN.Methods 192 cases of CIN treated by LEEP were analyzed retrospectively,through observe the operation time、hemorrhage、the change of histopathology before and after the operation、and complications of LEEP to estimate the effect.Results For the LEEP,the mean operation time was 2.4 min,mean hemorrhage was 1.8 mL.After LEEP,88% was consistent with pretreating histopathology.Followed up the patients after operation,5 cases were remained lesions,the cure rate was 97.4%.Conclusion LEEP is the simple、effective and safe method in treat CIN,it is Worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
