针灸与中药配合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床研究

目的观察针灸和中药配合治疗(针药治疗)带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效.方法31例病人针药治疗组予活血化瘀、疏肝理气中药,配合局部梅花针叩刺、拔罐和穴位注射治疗.使用回顾性分析方法同时观察28例病人西药治疗组,予1%利多卡因局部麻醉和口服抗抑郁药物治疗,两组疗效进行比较.结果针药组止痛有效率81%,西药组54%,两组比较有显著性差异.结论针灸与中药配合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛有较好的疗效,但远期疗效有待进一步观察.

Clinical Study of Curative Effect of Traditonal Chinese Medicine And Acupuncture on Post-herpetic Neuralgia

Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture (TCM-A) on post - her-petic neuralgia. Methods Thirty - one patients in the TCM-A group were treated with the drugs promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and relieving the depressed liver-qi. In the meantime they were treated with local plum-blossom needle tapping, cupping and point injection. Twenty - eight patients in the western medicine (WM) group were treated with 1% lidocaine local anesthesia and an-tidepressant Curative effect was compared betweecn the two groups. Results Anaglesia effective rate was 81% m TCM-A group and 54% in WM group There was significant difference in anaglesia effect between TCM-A group and WM group ( P<0 05). Conclusions The curative effect of TCM-A on post - herpetic neuralgia was satisfactory. The long term effect of TCM-A on post - heretic neuralgia will be further observed.
