临证应用扶阳法三则举隅

运用扶阳法治疗三则:复发性口疮,证属真阴亏损,虚火上炎,病延日久,阴损及阳,阳虚阴盛,方用附子泻心汤加味;脾胃阳虚邪伏胃痞证,证属脾胃阳衰,寒湿凝聚,浊阴不降之证,治宜温中祛寒,扶阳和胃,化湿消痞;真寒假热证,证属脾胃阳虚,内寒外热之证,方用四逆汤加减。
