| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝胆管结石术后近期胆管出血的诊治方法。方法1986—2006年我院收治的肝胆管结石术后胆管出血患者28例,根据出血原因的不同采取不同的治疗方案。结果手术治疗19例,保守治疗9例,治愈25例,死亡3例。结论胆管出血的治疗应根据患者的具体情况而定治疗方案。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the treatment of hemobilia after hepatolithiasis opertion.Methods 28 patients were accomadated in our hospitol and treated by different cure project according to their bleeding reason.Results Different Surgical Treatment for 19 cases,conservative treatment for 9 cases,25 cases cured,3 cases dead.Conclusion The treatment project of hemobilia was decided by different patients. |
