| 摘 要： | 目的:观察评价护理干预哮喘患儿雾化吸入治疗认知对肺功能的影响。方法:将180例哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组(n=90)和对照组(n=90),治疗组除综合治疗外,进行护理干预,采用雾化吸入治疗的知识培训,提高患儿对雾化吸入治疗技巧的掌握;对照组进行综合治疗;观察两组肺功能的改善状况。结果:治疗组肺功能改善有效率与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预能促进哮喘患儿家长对疾病理论知识的认识,提高雾化吸入治疗质量,对患儿肺功能的改善有明显效果。 |
