| 摘 要： | 目的研究Notch-1在人脑胶质瘤中的表达,并对其表达与胶质瘤病理级别的关系进行研究,探讨Notch-1对人脑胶质瘤发生、发展所起的作用,从而为胶质瘤的治疗提供一定的理论依据。方法应用半定量RT-PCR方法检测70例人脑胶质瘤标本和12例正常脑组织中的Notch-1mRNA的表达。结果Notch-1mRNA在人脑胶质瘤和正常脑组织中均可表达,且在人脑胶质瘤中的表达显著高于正常脑组织(P<0.01);人脑胶质瘤Ⅰ~Ⅱ级组和Ⅲ~Ⅳ级组中Notch-1mRNA表达均显著高于正常脑组织(P<0.01),并且Notch-1mRNA在人脑胶质瘤Ⅲ~Ⅳ级组中的表达显著高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级组(P<0.01)。结论Notch-1mRNA在人脑胶质瘤和正常脑组织中均表达,且在人脑胶质瘤中呈显著高表达,可能与人脑胶质瘤的发生、发展有关;Notch-1的表达与人脑胶质瘤的病理分级相关。
