我国成人贫血的营养因素分析

摘    要:
目的:依据1992年第三次全国营养调查,对我国18~60岁的城、乡、男、女贫血与非贫血人群的膳食情况进行比较。结果:维生素C、蛋白质、动物来源铁、膳食铁等营养素摄入量非贫血组好于贫血组;对贫血的病因进行多因素分析,结果表明,维生素C、蛋白质、动物来源铁、膳食铁等,对预防贫血的发生起重要作用,而膳食能量摄取过多、膳食结构不合理及消瘦是贫血发生的危险因素

Abstract:
The major nutritional influencing factors of anemia in aged 18-60 was studied in this paper.The data were obtained from the 1992 National Nutrition Survey which include urban female 4 944,rural female 12 745,urban male 4 374,rural male 11 956.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the factors related to anemia.Results showed that the intake of vitamin C,protein,iron source from animal and iron are the preventive factors on anemia,and the excessive energy intake,unreasonable dietary structure and leanness are the risk factors on anemia.
