| 摘 要： | 目的分析广州市越秀区学生结核病患病的特征,为控制结核病提供依据。方法收集2005～2008年在广州市结核病防治机构登记的越秀区户籍的学生结核病患者的资料进行统计分析。结果4 年间新登记的学生结核病患者共347例,大、中、小学生患者分别为164例、177例和6例。其中,初治病例342例（98.6%）。大、中学生以继发型肺结核为多（85.6%）,而小学生则以原发型肺结核居多（83.3%）。发现方式以因症就诊及健康检查为主,分别为77.5%和19.3%。结论应重视学生这一特殊群体的结核病防治,采取相应的结核病预防与治疗措施,以促进结核病控制工作的落实。 |
