| 混合变应原检测的临床评价 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨混合变应原检测对变态反应病诊断的价值。方法：应用e-Star变应原检测仪，通过RASTFEIA（荧光酶标法）进行混合变应原检测。结果：432例患者进行混合变应原检测，阳性177例，阳性率40．9％。混合吸入变应原阳性率明显高于混合食物变应原（P〈0．005）。混合螨类变应原阳性率明显高于混合吸入变应原（P〈0．005）。混合鱼虾变应原阳性率明显高于混合食物变应原（P〈O．005）。混合食物变应原和混合水果变应原阳性率无明显差异（P〉O．05），混合鱼虾变应原和混合水果变应原阳性率亦无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论：混合变应原检测对变态反应病具有重要的辅助诊断价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To consider the value of the detection of the mixed allergens in the diagnosis of the allergic diseases. Methods: The mixed allergens were detected by using e-Star allergen detection system (RAST FEIA). Results: The mixed allergens were detected in the 432 cases,177 cases were the positive, the positive rate was the 40.9 percent.
