PDCA循环管理法在消毒供应中心护理管理中的应用效果分析

目的分析消毒供应中心护理管理中应用PDCA循环管理方法的效果。方法选取2017年5月-2018年5月期间本消毒供应中心未开展PDCA循环的120份样本作为A组资料,并选取2018年6月-2019年6月期间开展PDCA循环的120份样本作为B组资料,分析两组的器械清洗消毒及灭菌合格率、护理管理质量。同时,对护理人员的工作满意度进行分析。结果A组手卫生、消毒液浓度、器械清洗消毒、灭菌物品的合格率分别为80.00%、85.83%、80.83%、90.00%,B组对应的合格率为90.83%、96.67%、92.50%、99.17%,B组高于A组(P<0.05)。B组清洗与消毒质量、医疗器械管理、包装质量、环境质量的评分均高于A组(P<0.05)。实施前护理人员的满意度为61.54%,实施后的满意度为100.00%,实施后的满意度高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心实施PDCA循环这一护理管理方式,其一提升清洗消毒灭菌合格率及护理管理质量,其二提高护理人员的工作满意度,即PDCA循环法在消毒供应中心管理中具有重要的应用和推广价值。

Analysis of the application effect of PDCA circulation management method in the nursing management of disinfection supply center

Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA circulation management in the nursing management of disinfection and supply center.Methods From May 2017 to May 2018,120 samples that did not carry out PDCA cycle in the disinfection supply center were selected as group a data,and from June 2018 to June 2019,120 samples that carried out PDCA cycle were selected as group B data,and the qualification rate of equipment cleaning and disinfection,sterilization and nursing management quality of the two groups were analyzed.At the same time,the job satisfaction of nurses was analyzed.Results The qualified rate of hand hygiene,concentration of disinfectant,cleaning and disinfection of instruments and sterilized articles were 80.00%,85.83%,80.83% and 90.00% respectively in group A,and 90.83%,96.67%,92.50% and 99.17% respectively in group B.Group B was higher than group A(P<0.05).The scores of cleaning and disinfection quality,medical device management,packaging quality and environmental quality in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses before implementation was 61.54%,and after implementation was 100.00%,which was higher than before(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation is a kind of nursing management method in disinfection supply center.It can improve the qualified rate of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization and the quality of nursing management,and improve the job satisfaction of nurses.PDCA circulation method has important application and promotion value in the management of disinfection supply center.
