经脐单孔腹腔镜直肠癌根治术

目的:探讨用常规腹腔镜器械行单孔腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的安全性及可行性。方法:回顾分析2009年12月至2010年2月为7例患者行经脐单孔腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的临床资料,其中Dixon术3例,Hartmann手术2例,Miles术2例。结果:所有手术均获成功,无中转多孔腹腔镜手术或开腹手术,手术时间150~180min,平均167min,术中出血20~80ml,平均44ml,术后肠功能恢复时间2~3d,平均2.3d,术后住院3~6d,平均4.8d,随访3个月至今,患者生活质量好。结论:经脐单孔腹腔镜直肠癌根治术安全、可行,且疗效显著。

Single-port transumbilical laparoscopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma

Objective:The purpose of this study was to discuss the safety and feasibility of single-port transumbilical laparoscopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma with conventional laparoscopic instruments.Methods:The clinical data of seven patients who underwent single-port transumbilical laparoscopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma between Dec.2009 and Feb.2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Three cases of Dixon,two cases of Hartmann and two cases of Miles were included.Results:All of the patients were operated successfully with no conversion to multi-port laparoscopy or laparotomy.The mean operative time was 167min(150-180min).The mean intraoperative blood loss was 44ml(20-80ml).The mean postoperative intestinal function recovery time was 2.3d(2-3d) and mean postoperative hospital stay was 4.8d(3-6d).The follow-up was three months until now and the life quality of all patients were good.Conclusions:It is safe,feasible and effective to use single-port transumbilical laparoscopic radical resection in rectal carcinoma.
