华法林用于老年非瓣膜病心房纤颤患者的临床观察

目的:观察华法林对老年非瓣膜病心房纤颤患者血栓栓塞发生的预防效果和安全性。方法:老年非瓣膜病心房纤颤患者180例随机分为华法林组和阿司匹林组,观察两组血栓栓塞及出血等不良反应的发生率。结果:华法林组血栓栓塞发生率为3.33%,阿司匹林组为16.66%,两组差异显著(P<0.01)。两组病例90%的不良反应为出血,但无1例为严重出血。两组出血率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:华法林能明显降低老年非瓣膜病心房纤颤患者血栓栓塞的发生率,安全性良好。

Clinical study of the warfarin in prevention of thrombo-embolism among the aged patients with non\|valvular atrial fibrillation

Objective:To observe the safety and prophylactic effect of warfarin on prevention of thrombo-embolism in aged patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.Methods:The 180 aged patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation were divided into two groups:warfarin group and aspirin group.The incidence of the side-effect such as thrombo-embolism and haemorrhagia was compared.Results:The incidence of thrombo-embolism was 3.33% in warfarin group;it is significantly decreased compared with aspirin group(16.66%).The main sideeffect was haemorrhagia(about 90%);there was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:Warfarin can safely and remarkably reduce the incidence of thrombo-embolism in aged patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.
