RP-HPLC法测定天母降压片中天麻素的含量

目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定天母降压片中天麻素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Shimadzu-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(0.5∶99.5),流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为40℃,检测波长为221nm。结果:天麻素进样量在0.271 2~1.356 0μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均加样回收率为100.13%,RSD=1.89%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、准确、专属性强、回收率高,可用于天母降压片的质量控制。

Quantitative Determination of Gastrodin in Tianmujiangya Tablets by RP-HPLC

OBJECTIVE:To establish an RP-HPLC method for the quantitative determination of Gastrodin in Tianmu-jiangya tablets.METHODS:The chromatographic separation was performed on Shimadzu-C18(150mm×4.6mm, 5μm) column with a column temperature at 40℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(0.5∶99.5) at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 221nm. RESULTS:The linear correlation of Gastrodin was achieved in the range of 0.271 2μg～1.356 0μg(r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 100.13%(RSD=1.89%,n=6). CONCLUSION:The method is simple, accurate and specific and with high recovery rate, and it can be used for the quality control of Tianmujiangya tablets.
