膀胱移行细胞癌癌旁组织中hTR 、hTRT的表达及其意义

目的 :探讨膀胱移行细胞癌癌旁组织中hTR、hTRT基因的表达及其与复发的关系。方法 :采用原位杂交的方法对 6 1例膀胱移行细胞癌及癌旁组织中hTR、hTRT基因进行检测。结果 :6 1例膀胱移行细胞癌癌旁组织中hTR、hTRT基因的阳性表达分别是 2 1%、2 5 % ;10例复发者癌旁组织中hTR、hTRT基因阳性表达分别是 7例、8例 ,无复发的 5 1例中hTR、hTRT基因阳性表达分别是 6例、7例 ,具有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :检测膀胱移行细胞癌癌旁组织中hTR、hTRT基因的表达 ,可作为判断肿瘤的复发潜能指标。

Expression and Significance of hTR,hTRT in Tissue Adjacent to the Transitional Cell Carcinoma of the Bladder

objective:To investigate the relationship between hTR,hTRT expression and reoccurrence in the tissue adjacent to transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder.Methods:Telomerase genes hTR and hTRT in 61 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder were detected by in situ-hybridization.Results:The expressions of hTR and hTRT were positive in 21% and 25% of patients respectively in the adjacent tissue of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder.In the 10 reoccurrence cases,the expression of hTR was detected in 7 cases,hTRT in 8 cases.In the remaining 51 cases without reoccurrence,the expression of hTR was detected in 6 cases,and hTRT in 7 cases.The difference in the expression of hTR and hTRT in the reoccurrence vs.non-reoccurrence were found to be statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of hTR and hTRT expression in the tissue adjacent to the transitional cell carcinoma can serve as a predictor of reoccurrence.
