影响病人满意度问卷调查的因素及对策

目的　探讨影响病人满意度问卷调查结果不准确因素及其改进对策。方法　对 6 2 93人次的问卷调查 ,进行分析归类。结果　发现在调查表的设计、调查人的选择、调查时机、病人素质、病房护士素质、病人所提问题处理的及时性等因素直接或间接影响着问卷调查结果的准确性 ,经过采取一些相关的措施 ,在很大程度上纠正了不准确性。结论　问卷调查整个过程中存在影响问卷调查结果准确性的因素 ,而采取相应的措施是可以克服的

The influencing factors and countermeasures of patien's satifactory questionnaire

Objectives To explore the factors causing inaccurateness of patient's satisfactory questionnaires and develop countermeasures against them.Method We classified and analyzed the outcomes of 6 293 cases. Results The design of questionnaire, the selection of investigators and opportunity, diathesis of patients and nurses, and whether the problems were dealt with in time were all factors influencing the accurateness of questionnaires directly or indirectly. Some countermeasures against them were effective.Conclusion There are factors influencing the accurateness during the whole process of investigating by questionnaire. But this can be rectified by corresponding countermeasures.
