Observation of the efficacy of rabeprazole in the treatment of chronic gastritis

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of rabeprazole in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 98 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clarithromycin combined with metronidazole,and the observation group was treated with rabeprazole based on the control group.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In the control group,29 cases were markedly effective,with markedly effective rate as 59.18%,10 cases were effective,with effective rate of 20.41%,and 10 cases were ineffective,with ineffective rate of 20.41%,and the total effective rate of treatment was 79.59%;in the observation group,35 cases were markedly effective,with markedly effective rate of 71.43%,11 cases were effective,with the effective rate of 22.45%,3 cases were ineffective,with ineffective rate of 6.12%,and the total effective rate of treatment was 93.88%.The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,there were 4 cases(8.16%)of nausea,3 cases(6.12%)of acid reflux,2 cases(4.08%)of upper abdominal distension and pain,2 cases(4.08%)of vomiting,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 22.45%(11/49).In the observation group,there were 1 case(2.04%)of nausea,1 case(2.04%)of epigastric pain,1 case(2.04%)of vomiting,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.12%(3/49).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole for treatment of patients with chronic gastritis can not only achieve good therapeutic effects,but also has high treatment safety.
