Retrospective Investigation on Risk Factors of Cough Variant Asthma in Children

Objective To explore the risk factors of cough variant asthm a(CVA)in children,so as to provide reference for clinical rational prevention.Methods A total of 271 children w ith CVA in Shenyang C hildren's Hospital from 2015 to 2020 were selected as the research group,another 150 healthy children were selected as the control group at the same term.The clinical data of the two groups were collected,and the risk factors of CVA were screened by multiple logistic regression analysis.Results M ultivariate logistic regression analysis show ed that family history of asthma(OR=4.026),history of rhinitis(O R=3.671),history of derm atitis(O R=3.432),recurrent respiratory tract infection(O R=4.267),inhalation allergy(O R=3.198)and passive sm oking(O R=2.914)w ere independent risk factors for CVA in children(P〈O.05).Conclusion Clinicians should pay attention to the risk factors of CVA in children,and take targeted preventive m easures for controllable factors to reduce the incidence of CVA.
