视频指导在纯音测听检查中的应用与分析

摘    要:
目的探讨视频指导在纯音测听检查中的应用与分析,比较其与书面指导语的差异,以期为患者在纯音测听检查中提供指导,并为听力学技术人员提供新的解释方法,指导测试过程更加简单化。方法选择120例年龄18~70岁能听懂普通话并具有一定交流认知能力的患者,随机分为两组,视频指导组患者用iPAD观看事先录制好时长为2分钟的纯音测听操作视频,书面指导组阅读事先打印好的纯音测听过程书面指导,然后完成纯音测试,比较两组患者对测试指导的理解度、测试所需时间及操作者对两种指导方案的评分。结果书面非掩蔽与视频非掩蔽之间所需的测试时间没有差异,掩蔽情况下视频指导所需的测试时间比书面指导短,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.009);书面非掩蔽与视频非掩蔽之间患者评分差异具有统计学意义(P=0.035),掩蔽情况下视频指导患者评分高于书面指导,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000);不管是否需要掩蔽,视频指导得分均比书面指导高,差异均具有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论纯音测听视频指导可以帮助患者生动形象地理解测试过程,特别是对测试中需要进行掩蔽的患者提供了较好的指导,节约测试所需时间,并为听力学技术人员提供新的引导方法。

Abstract:
Objective Exploring the application and analysis of video guidance in pure-tone audiometry,comparing the differences with written instructions,in order to provide better guidance for patients in pure-tone audiometry,and provide new interpretation methods for hearing technicaians,and make the testing process much simpler.Methods 120 patients aged 18-70 years who could understand Mandarin and had cognitive ability were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The video guidance group used iPAD to watch a pre-recorded pure tone audiometry video with a duration of 2 minutes.The written instruction group read the written instructions of the pre-printed pure-tone audiometry process,and then two groups completed the pure-tone test to compare the understanding of the test guidance,the time required for the test,and the operator's evaluation of the two guiding programs.Results The video guidance group had higher patient scores than the written instruction group(P<0.05),the video guidance group had higher operator scores than the written instruction group(P<0.05),and the test time of the patient video guidance group needed to be masked was less than the written test group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pure-tone audiometry video guidance can help patients understand the testing process more vividly,especially provide better guidance for patients who need to be masked during testi ng and provides new guidance methods for hearing technicians.
