Effect of Progressive Cardiac Exercise Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Cardiac Function after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Objective To explore the value of early progressive cardiac exercise rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease underw ent PCI in Yingkou Central Hospital from 2017 to 2018 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode;the intervention group was given progressive cardiac exercise rehabilitation nursing intervention for 6 m onths after operation on the basis of the control group.The im provem ent of cardiac function before and after operation was compared between two groups.Results A fter intervention,the ejection fraction(LVEF)of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and differences of LVEF in the inter-group before and after intervention and intra-group af!::intervention w ere all significant(P<0.05).W hen preoperat;LVEF<50%,LVEF of the two groups increased significantly after intervention(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in intra-group comparison between the two groups(P>0.05).W hen the preoperative LVEF was betw een 50%and 60%,there was significant difference in LVEF in intra-group and inter-group comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).W hen LVEF>60%,no significant difference was found in LVEF in intra-group and inter-group comparison between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Progressive cardiac exercise rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the cardiac pumping ability of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,and this effect has a certain relationship with preoperative LVEF.
