SLIPA喉罩全凭七氟醚吸入麻醉在腹腔镜手术中的应用

①目的观察经SLIPA喉罩全凭七氟醚吸入麻醉在腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。②方法 60例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者随机分为SLIPA喉罩组（S组）和气管插管组（E组）,两组均采用全凭七氟醚吸入麻醉,观察并比较两组患者置管前后1分钟和拔管前后1分钟血流动力学变化和气腹前后15分钟的气道峰压、呼气末二氧化碳值的变化,记录患者诱导入睡时间、术毕停药至清醒时间及各种并发症情况。③结果 SLIPA喉罩组置入和拔出喉罩时的血流动力学平稳,气腹前后的气道峰压均较气管插管组低;咽痛者喉罩组远低于气管插管组,其它并发症两组间无明显差异。④结论 SLIPA喉罩全凭七氟醚吸入麻醉应用于腹腔镜手术中的安全、简单和方便。

Application of SLIPA combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in laparoscopic surgery

Objective To observe the clinical effect of streamlined liner pharynx airway（SLIPA） combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in laparoscopic surgery.Methods Sixty patients undergoing lapadroscopic cholecystectomy surgery were randomly divided into the SLIPA group and endotracheal intubation（E） group,and both groups received sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia.The hemodynamics was recorded 1 minute before and after insertion and extraction of the SLIPA or endotracheal catheter.The peak airway pressure（Ppeak） and the change of end-tidal carbon dioxide were recorded 15 minutes before and after pneumoperitoneum.The induction and awaking time and complications were also recorded.Results The hemodynamics was calm in insertion and extraction of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia,the Ppeak was lower in SLIPA group than in E group before and after pneumoperitoneum;The number of angina patients was lower in SLIPA group than in E group,and there was no significant difference in other complications between two groups.Conclusion SLIPA combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia was one kind of security,simple and convenient method for laparoscopic surgery.
